Family oriented, flexible work schedule, casual dress, great pay and benefits. Info Tech's long-tenured employees speaks volumes for this family owned and operated company.

A fine job but don't expect anything innovative.

Pros

The pay is fine but not great and if you're not too interested in learning the newest technologies you'll be fine here. Work/life balance is (now not in the past) reasonable. They don't expect monster hours or heroic efforts. They're more of a "long view" type of company. They want to cultivate both customers and employees over the long haul and don't like too much customer or employee turnover.

Cons

The lack of innovation can be frustrating. There is a normal level of politics and infighting and organizational reshuffling. Given their commitment to keeping employees around there winds up being some dead wood.
