Incredible People-Centric Culture

Pros

This company is truly incredible. They are people-centric, collegial, supportive. They have some of the most incredible employees I have ever worked with and they ensure they are seen as people. They have a niche in their market and continue to compete with focus on meeting customer needs and investing in their people.

Cons

Perhaps to generous. They are not perfect, but they don't claim to be which is wonderful. They are authentic. They are always striving to improve. They are sometimes a little slow to make important changes but this is only because they believe so much in people and want to give them chances to step up. This year I am seeing some much more agile change and focus on bottom-line investments and cuts. Even when they optimize like every SaaS company is having to do they seem to do it so intentionally. They still treat people right every where they can.

Cons

If you want to move around in the company, you have to look for it by networking with other professionals and asking if they have room on their team for another person.

Speaks to always taking care of the employee.

Cons

More than a few take on too much work while others are left to boredom. Others are perfectly OK collecting the paycheck while doing little. A top-down issue requiring leadership resolution.
