The pay is fine but not great and if you're not too interested in learning the newest technologies you'll be fine here. Work/life balance is (now not in the past) reasonable. They don't expect monster hours or heroic efforts. They're more of a "long view" type of company. They want to cultivate both customers and employees over the long haul and don't like too much customer or employee turnover.

Info Tech provide and open and friendly atmosphere that is really conducive to being productive without a lot of stress. The company has been around for over 35 years and is going stronger than ever before. The benefits are amazing, the is great (probably better than average in Gainesville) and the owners are extremely easy to get along with and know how to run a company. There are 250+ employees and even though we don't all know each other that well, we all get along quite nicely.
