Pros

Wonderful group of people to work with. My team was wonderful and always helped each other out. People seem to have a positive attitude at all company events and the company obviously cares about their image which translates to treating employees the right way.

Cons

Family owned. If you are friends with the owners or their family, you get promoted. No Training materials in the majority of departments. Constant shifting of departments and changing of titles. Poor Pay for this type of work.

Cons

Executives are not confidential leak everything about current and former employees. Claim open culture but it’s all smoke and mirrors.
