Pros

There are definitely a lot of bright people that work at Infragistics, and the culture is a comfortable casual, with plenty of younger people willing to enjoy the after-hours activities. Given the knowledge that all of the people have about .NET, there is definitely ample chance to learn a lot.

Cons

After a couple years, there really aren't any advancement opportunities. If you're comfortable with exactly what you're doing, that's fine, but if you're trying to build a more diverse portfolio it's better to use this experience and move on.
