Pros

The pay rate/range is a plus

Cons

Unsafe working conditions. Racist. Discriminatory. Passive aggressive upper management. Unkind CEO. HUGE staff turnover. You are expected to run the clinic, do the admin, scheduling, take copays, be the pharmacist and be the nurse, making unsafe working conditions. Patients and their families can be unkind. Their current staffing model uses per diem nurses because no one stays.

Growth for our Patients!

Pros

I’ve really enjoyed my experience here. The company has grown significantly over the past couple of years, and with that growth has come a lot of opportunity. There has been a lot of hiring, internal promotions, and investment in infrastructure. It’s exciting to see the organization evolve and expand access to care for patients who truly need it. The mission feels real, and the work being done for patients is meaningful.

Cons

Growth hasn’t always been easy. Like many healthcare organizations expanding quickly, there have been periods of change and adjustment. Communication and processes have improved over time, but there’s still opportunity to continue strengthening alignment as we scale.

Pros

Pay is decent but for the work and the blatant favoritism it is not worth it.

Cons

Management made promises and laid off more than half of the staff and outsourced to other countries. They openly speak about how the people they let go were no longer aligned with how they feel the company should operate. They change rules for pto often that benefit the company and hurt the employee. They gossip about employees openly and make statements like “the best productivity is when we’re in office” but allow certain favored employees to work from home, come in late and basically work Endless over time with no issues but when there is a high work load won’t allow overtime to anyone else. Training is horrendous, they sit new hires in the conference room with a laptop and ignore them for half of their first day, even though on boarding isn’t that tedious once they’re moved to their actual spot at their desk they are forced to sit with someone via teams who is supposed to “train” but is too busy talking about personal life issues with our overseas team joking about being an ex alcoholic and in recovery and talking about going on vacation and personal life matters etc. This company has no idea what they’re doing and has lost a ton of good employees because they are based on favoritism and whoever they hang out with personally outside of work they do not care about their employees and they do not care about work life balance. A free snack bar does not make up for the lack of equal opportunity, understanding, compassion and ethics.
