Want to learn about towboat and water ways am a diesel mechanic and very hard worker and have worked roadside service technician for Diesels. And trailers. I am very hands on learning how to make things work. Also O T. R driver. Have been a owner operator. With two Peterbilts . Will make you a good employee.

Cons

Water safety #1 .. Being a good employee and knowing that there is no room for error.

Great dynamic, enjoy the open atmosphere. Everyone works well and really cares for each other, allows to be yourself.

Cons

Hard to be promoted within your departments. You are able to make it to higher positions if you look outside your department.
