      Pros

      Family owned and protected legacy. The next generation of family leadership in training is warm, friendly, and receptive to new ideas. They are genuinely good people, who will one day take over for OI.

      Cons

      The slowest of any transportation industry to break free from past business practices (behind truck and train by decades), and none of the executive leadership have ever stepped outside an Ingram owned company, making them protective of ideas they themselves advanced as 'best practice' 20 or 30 years ago. None of them are in a hurry to change anything.
