- Good and understanding coworkers - No shortage of documentation - Chances to learn within the company

Cons

- Company specific knowledge, very niche - You will have to pay out of pocket for many items (reimbursable through the company however) - Very large, communication can be difficult if you don't know exactly who you're looking for
