Plenty of opportunity for advancement if you have a strong work ethic and dedicate yourself to advancing. Great benefits, job security, lots of time off (28 days off, 6 times a year)

Cons

Lots of time spent away from home (work 28 days straight for 12 hours a day), work in various weather conditions (extreme cold or heat outdoors)
