Pros
The Nashville office has a friendly atmosphere with great benefits and a few on-site perks. (Dining room, fitness center and casual dress environment). Flexible work schedules are available depending on your department. They try to host fun events but its hard when employees don't participate often. The current leadership team is the best it has been in the past few years. They are improving ways to show appreciation to employees while keeping Ingram a leader in the industry.
Cons
Not very progressive/modern in certain aspects compared to other companies in Nashville but they are getting there.
