      Pros

      they have 28 day boats and 21 day boats the harbor tugs are 14 day boats, days off are great

      Cons

      the being gone for up to a month,the cell signal sucks most of the time for calling home

      plenty of oppertunity to avance very understandable about homelife always willing to help the needy hve nice up to date equipment

      haveing to be gone from home a good portion of employees are young and dont understand what it is like to be away from home

      Pros

      very family oriented. an awsom company to work for. pay is great. most of the people are awsom and great to be around. the overall leadership is great and they strive to improve all areas from safety to diet. would not dream of working any where else.

      Cons

      there a few individuels who cause undue stress on others by their bad attitudes and unproductive habbits. There is nothing worse than getting on a boat and the crew are all grumpy and unresponsive to kind words, it makes for a real long trip.
