Pros

Good environment, managers and team leads are friendly and caring, incentives almost every month

Cons

On your feet most of the day, pay is average, it gets hot, theres fans to cool you down but not when you're down the isle picking.

Paid time off and vacations.

Cons

I have to be honest, some of the most immature leadership who is more concerned about being friends with some of the bad employees. The good employees will get mistreated, have jokes cracked about them, while the manager and bad employees laugh.
