      There were very few pros that I can remember.

      Cons

      They hire and lay off constantly!. The minute you get a job at Ingram, start looking for your next one. I met very few people who had been there over five years.

      Ive been here for almost two years now. Its a good place to start a career.

      The pay is not too high and it doesn't seem like there's a lot of upward movement.

      Pros

      Looks good on your CV especially if you want to specialize in IT industry. Good-looking colleagues. 9 - 6 job, no OT

      Cons

      Office politics. Most of them speak in Chinese. If you're a banana you'll be at a disadvantage. 95% Chinese. Slow promotion, salary increment. Lack of communication with upper management, you're expected to be independent. Lack of team-work, Blame "scapegoat" culture.
