      Good place to make your bones.. needs a bit of a culture.

      Pros

      See the depth and breadth of a lot of IT vendors on offer. Learn a lot by getting a lot of training in different aspects of IT.

      Cons

      Lack of hierarchy and direction from the top. Margin is so thin you need to be really creative to make ends meet.

      You have a young, dynamic fun pack of people to work with. You can learn a lot about IT. Great place to start your career.

      Cons

      Management is solidified to their positions, there's no chance to enhance your career when you're inside. No sense of the multi-culture, only the top management has access to non-hungarians.
