Pros

Compensation, atmosphere, and products company sells are all very good. Company has innovative culture, or at least tries to have one.

Cons

Company is very slow to implement any changes, typical of many other big companies. I'm not sure any large food company has figured this out yet.

culture, vision and colleagues. Latter is depending on department and superiors. Company performance tend to weather well through economic storms

Cons

Too many levels and complicated hierarchies. One person frequently have to take up multiple tasks taking which could be overwhelming
