Pros

InnVentures feels like home, they are the best company I have ever worked for and I will never work for another. I love the way that they train you, invest in it's employees, offer out of the box and fun incentives. I love the people that they hire, the management is awesome and I genuinely enjoy the work.

Cons

Wish we had a tad better base wages (great benefits though!) for areas that we lived in.

They will hire you right off the street!

The pay is low. The company is sloppy. Ridden with junkies and vagrants that employees should not have to deal with.
