Work/life balance. They feed you. Celebrate company milestones. Clean new facility.

Cons

Pay structure. Favouritism. Heavy lack of knowledge. Unclear goals and direction which change daily. No real leadership from someone who knows the industry. Misleading. An HR run company where industry experts should be.

Flexible work, nice office, can work from home

Cons

Team leaders are young and cocky and I have no clue how they got into their position. They made our lives hell with their zero capability of leading and lacking empathy. We had an ombudsman case and nothing happened , even we were to blame so we left meanwhile the teamleader is still there and being the reason noone stays longer than a year. Unbelievable
