      Pros

      You can perfectly balance between work and life, there are no overwork and heavy loads. In general, the staff is friendly and supportive, there are corporate events and small souvenirs from the company for Christmas. A spacious office equipped with everything necessary, in which, according to the company's policy, you need to work 50% of the time, the rest is work from home. There is an opportunity to participate in additional projects and study on an online platform.

      Cons

      Career opportunities are unclear. It is not possible to transfer from the Budapest office to Austria or Germany, this is prohibited by the management. Business trips are limited. There are few corporate events, budgets are cut every year and much is simply transferred online. Mostly Hungarians work in the Budapest office, foreigners sometimes feel lonely and disconnected from the general story
