Pros

Great people that you get to work with. The pay isn't to bad and the benefits are good. A good opportunity to get some experience, long term, it's questionable.

Cons

Lacks good management, there is a handful of people who do nothing. People who do nothing often make more money then you do. Safety is a concern. They tend to only address things after someone gets injured. Any time they hire someone who does really well they often let them go.

Nice group of people to work with, both in Waukesha and in Austria. Opportunity to build a security program since the company was divesting from a larger company.

Cons

The new company didn't really understand what they were getting into and ended up disbanding the entire IT department.
