Stable leadership following 2019 and 2020 restructuring. Good compensation and benefits. Company is growing and moving in the right direction.

Cons

2020 restructuring during COVID hurt morale, but the situation is improving.

Since being spun out of GE, the company has been able to localize leadership allowing for a much faster paced decision environment. PE ownership brings very focused initiatives and high accountability to grow the business The company is passionate about our brand, products, legacy, and what we do for the world. Extremely flexible work environment. Unlimited time-off and work from home allows for excellent work/life balance

Cons

Very cyclical market conditions means some years are great, other years not so much. Company is working to diversify itself, so this may be a thing of the past. Small company, limited career options (Should note I am comparing to GE days, where the career choices were essentially limitless)
