Great colleagues, big challenges, taking responsibility, good salary. Constant challenges and implementation/ improvement of processes.

Cons

Lack of long term goals/ strategy from management or only lack of communication . Lack of reward &recognition. Too high expectations from employees. Lack of FTEs/headcounts. High fluctuation.
