work life balance is pretty good since most roles offer hybrid or entirely remote. Pay is decent especially when you get bonuses (if you're eligible based on your role). Benefits are mediocre in terms of cost. 401K matching is really good for a small . Permissive PTO and plant shut down are a huge benefit!

Cons

benefits can be pricey given that it's a smaller company. Not a lot of room for growth since there a not a lot of positions in each department
