Very knowledgeable people, great staff, a lot of learning opportunities.

Cons

Lot of flaws in engineering BOMS and big backlogs of issues causing a lot of domino effects across the company. Pay is lower then national average. Would like it if I got paid more to stay with company.

Great team. The Technical team are great workers and have great values as team and they support each other.

Cons

Bad management values, Some of the managers are just that, manager and entitled bosses, not leaders and they don't listen or take care of the team.
