It is completely hypocritical to demand perfection while actively firing people who consistently deliver it. Internal technical infrastructure is an absolute joke. Instead of building a functional internal system, management forces everyone to manually fill out tedious Microsoft Forms every single day. It is a massive waste of time, highly inefficient, and embarrassing for the company. The management prioritizes profit margins over quality, and they will gladly fire their top performers to hide their own financial incompetence.
