      Easy to get into + work is easy

      Cons

      Not transparent during hiring. Salary is pretty low as is and then received salary cuts in the first month. Very difficult to communicate with anyone in the HR or upper management. Kept asking about why we received less than what we promised, no response. Work-life balance is pretty bad atleast in the wfh scenario. 9 hours of work is extended to 10-12 hours or sometimes longer. And no OT provided.
