      Pros

      It is a job like as a government job. Very easy job and very friendly and supportive environment. It is feel like as second home. Working hours are moderate which is 9 hrs and with the flexibility and you can also compensate in Saturday's for any weekday off ( depends on project).

      Salary is low and hike is also slow
