      Pros

      Good work/life balance Nice work environment Some projects has a very good, knowledgeable colleagues Pretty good infrastructure Decent amount of leaves, no hassles in availing them Work pressure is moderate

      Cons

      No transport facility provided, even in odd hour shifts Shift timings are a rigid 9.6 hours in a day Not very good appraisals and benefits for lower level executives No extra/non-technical training provided, so people don't grow as a professional after a while Promotions are not very frequent, so one might feel stuck-up NO perks provided at lower and middle level

Not much hassle from managers Good working environment Can closely work with the architects. Gives you more scope for enhancing your knowledge Pick and drop facility from Noida City Center

      Timing 9 hr 40 mins per day. Not much emphasis on project documentation. Lack of technical client. Lack of exposure to client
