Pros

1. Timely salary disbursement is appreciated. 2. Flexible working hours would be beneficial.

Cons

The current state of upper management raises significant concerns regarding their perception of employees. Rather than viewing personnel as valuable contributors, there is a tendency to prioritise financial gain and project completion solely for their own advancement. Employees frequently engage in excessive work hours, often exceeding ten hours per day. The recruitment process involves hiring numerous individuals simultaneously, only to terminate their employment at the first sign of project delays, regardless of the individuals' experience levels, including those with eight years of expertise. Furthermore, new hires are often compensated at lower rates for similar positions. Although final settlements are disbursed in accordance with contractual obligations, there is a notable lack of work-life balance and job security within the organisation.
