1. Low Paying Company. 2. Nothing to learn in terms of advancement. 3. Shall hire some daring managers who supports and understands the employee needs. 4.Politics in top management. 5. Fear senior technology management and do not want to lead the team in front. 6. If success,technology mangers will take the credit and in case of failure you will be responsible. 7. Recent top management scam out which 3 vp and 3 senior managers were fired after surprise audit from auditors.
