They don't care your existance

1. HR is really bad. They don't reply or respond to any of the concerns or problem employees face, not even an acknowledgement when you raise an issue. 2. Worst management 3. For the benefit of cost cutting, company pushes it's employees to work in the places without the basic facilities. Many employees(including me) worked in the P1(parking area) for 10 months & in Kalajyothi building for 9months. 4. No proper cafeteria facility, Just a temporary arrangement made in the parking area with only one food vendor. 5. Heavy work pressure mostly due to improper planning. 6. No proper planning on the project deliveries, which puts lots of pressure on the employees as the delivery date approaches. 7. HR doesn't even communicate at all. let it be delay in the appraisal process or insurance.
