      Great staff, participants are wonderful

      Cons

      Terrible PTO, salaries need to be competitive, more empowerment for lower management. Corporate wants "Yes" people instead of Innovators. Company growing way too fast. Not enough resources to handle their future plans of younger population.

      Pros

      Good Company. Great Mission. Dogs are allowed at work. Two days a week to work at home.

      Cons

      Unfortunately the company believes employees are disposable. There is a revolving door of contractors and employees. They are constantly hired and dismissed for no apparent reason whatsoever. There are no career opportunities here, because you won't be here long enough, no matter how good your performance is.

      good salary, some flexibility in schedule, and good mission

      Cons

      too many participants and not enough staff. PTO is a joke.
