Pros
Doctors, ppts and many of the hands on employees , the success stories due to the battles that were put forth from the above as they did not come easy.
Cons
There is a gapping canyon between the staff that are hands on and the c suite. There is a sad disconnect that directly contradicts the business of taking care of people. HR is an entity all on its own, they are exempt from the rules they create. Some good work is done but if certain staff do not like some ppts or their lifestyle they get less than the minimum. Very judgmental, " drug seeker", "loser" these are just a few of milder labels.
