Pros

The pay rate is good higher than normal, you meet alot of different people.

Cons

Favoritism, lack of communication between multiple parties. Working split shifts is way to much on workers especially the ones with kids. You basically work 12 hours with about a hour break. There is no help when the workers get fussed out or snapped on by workers. No career advancement for homecare.

The pay is better than most.

Cons

The job description is liable to change at any given moment. Management is clueless about what the job entails and will threaten you if unrealistic expectations aren't met on their deadline. Ever since the company has gotten the current CEO it has never been the same. There is no opportunity to grow, it is truly a dead end job. I wouldn't recommend working here. Lastly, they let people go for frivolous reasons without warning.
