      Former shell of what was once a great company

      Pros

      Wonderful devoted people who love their patients and strive for excellence. Program is designed to help seniors maintain independence and ensures basic needs are met. Model of care has strong foundation

      Cons

      Benefits have been decreased over the past year. Manager hires her best friends then favors them over other staff. Has created uncomfortable work environment. Manager changes mind frequently and hard to gauge what she wants today. CEO salary extravagent yet we are constantly running out of basic supplies we are obligated to provide our patients including diapers. Growth of company meant no longer an active interest in what our mission statement is. Frequent changeover of staff is upsetting to our patients who question if the company is failing. Staff paying for outings out of their pockets and reimbursement may or maynot occur. Patients getting collection letters because company not paying bills

      Pros

      PACE model is great structure to manage our aging population. The mission statement strongly supports the values most staff want to bring to the table but corporate values no longer include the patients best interests. Great teamwork in some areas.

      Cons

      social workers are like a revolving door here, come and go. Corporate has lost touch with current staff and do not value input. High turnover in some centers has really upset patients who question the quality of the program as it stands now. Staff feel like strangers to one another with high turnover. Management is more interested in quantity over quality. Customer service absent most areas. Crappy parking some centers.
