      People, mission and patients are excellent.

      Cons

      They work you like a dog and Senior Operational leaders micromanage excessively and don't trust their employees.

      Lack of strategic leadership and vision

      Pros

      Work from home opportunities provided for some positions.

      Cons

      No bonus or profit sharing opportunities below director level. There is a clear separation between director level and lower management levels. Leadership does not engage employees in conversions around vision, mission, goals and objectives. Performance evaluations are very subjective and not based on annual agreed to goals and objectives. PTO very limited compared to other organizations.
