Supervisor is the rudest & most condescending i have ever experienced !! Communication is awful...any at all especially if questions are related personally to employee , very rarely answered with profession ism & in a descent time frame Most of the time you dont get a response, which leaves you wasting time making numerous calls , leaving messages.... chasing for an answer Favoritism is ridiculous. They don't care anything about the caregiver and or participants... Merely just a pair of hands, and seriously some of their "caregivers" they have employed should be out shoving dirt instead of interacting with participants 2 years employed & no raise, Never informed for vacation time No mileage compensation, don't care about legal lunch breaks The ONLY reason I'm still hanging in this awful situation is because I have great participants. These people are all in need .... I feel sorry for them because they are neglected of proper medical attention Nothing good to say....disgusted to say I'm employed & associated with this company

$2 below industry standards to start No safety bonus No annual bonus No Christmas bonus Worked for 2 years I’ve received one .10 cent raise. Even though my performance review was meets or above expectations. When drivers quit or call out they don’t replace them, they simply put more work on who ever came in that day. Was told I would get 10-12 hour shifts and no weekends and that my start time wouldn’t change. I’m barely getting 8 hours a day I now work Saturdays occasionally and my start time changes every day.
