      Cons

      Employment can be terminated unexpectedly. Local and regional medical directors show a complete lack of respect for Nurse Practitioners

      Independence in driving

      At times it seems that management doesn't understand the limitations of the driver, the capacity of the bus or travel time while navigating through the city.
