PTO and , flexible schedule

Cons

To overworked for PTO use, no room for advancement, long hours, focus mainly only bottom dollar no matter what it compromise, constant turnover, no diversity/inclusion, lack of staff support, no unity, backbiting, underlying retaliation practices, focus mainly on rewards of executive and leadership staff, lot of wasted money at corporate, patients not put first.

Ongoing sales training by knowledgeable and supportive leadership.

Cons

Length of time to enroll someone is about 3 months. Bonus is tied to the center enrollments and group’s achievement. Some may find it difficult to depend on others in order to get paid bonuses.
