      Pay is good but not worth it. Run run away.

      High pay honestly not much else.

      Cons

      Toxic culture, incredibly poor work life balance, senior leadership expectations are unrealistic and out of touch with what happens on a center level. They are trying to do too many things at once with too few staff.

      Mostly great co-workers, fulfillment helping our senior population, benefits and PTO. Fun culture around holidays.

      Cons

      Bullying, company more interested in profits not the seniors we served and employees spread too thin.
