      Pros

      This company can be a good relaxed fit with plenty of opportunity to flex your creativity and drive improvements that you see needed. They are open to new ideas, actively pursue the betterment of their employees and handled the COVID-19 pandemic very well.

      Cons

      The culture doesn't seem to encourage feedback among employees. Many take questions as personal affronts to their integrity as opposed to good faith checks to ensure accuracy. PTO could also be more generous.
