Pros

The company cares about the population we serve as well as the team members.

Cons

The C-Suite and leadership is many times out of touch with the realities of what it takes to provide care.

Pros

Innovage is such a fulfilling place to work at, not only does the company take very good care of us but being able to bring a smile to so many peoples faces is one of the best parts of my job.

Cons

The only con I can think of is the raises. They could be more especially if you have worked there 2+ years.

Pros

Decent salary, benefits are good.

Cons

Senior leadership in Denver makes no effort to understand differences in markets. They expect everything to operate like it does in Colorado. Rather than try to adapt and implement region specific strategies they look to move people out if they don't conform to their way. Results have been the same since they acquired the business and they keep trying to force the same protocols and expectations down everyone's throat. Learn and understand the market. Then you might have some success. Turning over everyone is not the answer.
