Not getting a pay raise in a time matter, high turn over

The environment in IT is very clicky. If you aren't a favorite with your manager or IT peers Watch Out! You will excluded from meetings you should be at. Also if people don't like you they will go over your head to exclude you from day to day tasks you are assigned to or projects. There is unprofessional behavior in meetings where there is swearing going on and rude comments are made about other teams at Innovage. You see other people in IT being made fun of when they are not present in a meeting or not on a email chain. Often people will lie if they caused a problem to avoid getting in trouble if they make a mistake and push the blame to someone else. So it makes morale low for the folks who are good employees. A culture of bullying is tolerated by upper management even when concerns are expressed directly to them.
