      Great company

      Pros

      Generous company to their staff: float and wellness days, care packages sent to staff during the pandemic. The leadership at InnovAge have continually updated staff about COVID and what the company is doing to keep their staff and participants safe. While some of my friends experienced lay offs or must use PTO, InnovAge has protected all jobs. They equipped staff with what they need to perform their work virtually. I am very impressed with all of their efforts and grateful for my job.

      Cons

      Only con that I can think of is the medical insurance. They are an out-of-state company, so we cannot get Blue Cross products.
