Great Place To Work

Pros

I have been to multiple places to work but this is the best and nothing to compare, working as a Physical Therapist to help individual participants with all their needs. Great team work and easy to coordinate with great support in decision making by the Interdisciplinary team for the best interest of the participant. I never seen a PACE program before and I do believe this is the best program to help our elderly.

Cons

Need more option for staff medical insurance benefits and increase PTO.

Caring for the frailest members of our community. IDT approach and team building. M-F daytime hours

Cons

The east coast COO is the worst leader I have EVER seen. She has no idea what she is doing yet it seems to be overlooked by the company. She hired a director of ops underneath her that creates a negative environment. Talks negative about employees in front of others and can often be heard cursing at others. Human resources policies are also concerning. We have lost good candidates over this. They will not hire someone who makes more than the previous person who had that job REGARDLESS of experience.
