Pros

Innova is a good company to work for. The pay is on time, there is no micromanagement, and you can work at your convenience. If your performance is really good, the salary hike is above average. I will recommend Innova for new joiners

Cons

The project is totally up to your luck, and the company strictly follows the hybrid, so you will not get any exception for months if you are injured. Getting a car parking space is a challenge.
