      Pros

      Good, hard working people in the plants.

      Cons

      Terrible benefits, seniormost leadership is abusive and bullying. Everyone knows there’s no cash and vendors get paid only when they threaten to cut off deliveries. If I could give zero stars I would.

      Nice work, great people

      Pros

      The good stuff: -Hybrid, mostly remote workspace. -Very flexible paid time off policy (more than a piddly 2 weeks). -Direct supervisor and Creative division management is really excellent--all take the time to understand life and work difficulties and will always check in to make sure you have what you need. -Corporate heads have committed to making some good infrastructure improvements this year. There was a rough road through the pandemic, but very light layoffs. -The work itself is incredibly fun and what keeps me here. That said, design leans mostly in print, so if you are all about web work, it might not be for you. -There is a really good work/life balance for creatives. Most of the time deadlines are held within reason. When it is tight, everyone pitches in to lend a hand. Our manager is always in it with us.

      Cons

      Things that could be done much better... -Raises do happen, but in an oddly disjointed timeframe. -Communication from executive management is very infrequent, maybe that's good in a way, but if I was asked to recite the hierarchy outside of my own silo, I wouldn't have a clue. Because of this it is hard to define where real opportunities are to rise up. -Healthcare is not good. HR does their best to help and your bills get paid, but it is just crazy to expect sick people to navigate it. -401K contributions are comparatively low.
