Some of the people here are very nice to work with

Cons

Company has never cared enough about skilled people to keep them employed. Have seen so many people leave because of lack of opportunity. Management just doesn't seem to have a good handle on things as a whole which is typical of a large corporation like this, it's all about the money.

Unappreciated, overloaded, no replacing employees who leave, rolling out new system completely backwards, playing favorites. ..the list goes on.
