Pros

Innovate! Inc. is a virtual Tech company with two physical offices in Northern Virginia and Washington, DC and client sites around the country. My co-workers and managers are genuinely nice, do their job, play full out and expect the same. The company is smaller yet financially strong. I've been here two years and can attest to this being a good work place.

Cons

Working for smaller companies is more of a personal investment. Not everyone wants that. As an Admin Worker, I like serving people I know and like. If you want to shuffle papers in a back office and slip out unnoticed at quitting time, this isn't your place.

Not much work in my position/location. Small town.

On-site work is tough working with clients, not much support to navigate these relationships, pay is not adjusted for cost of living
