Pros
Remote work, flex work times, some great work mates, working with libraries
Cons
Some executives seem to have gained their position in a bag of chips, so incompetent they are... They cannot claim to have a company strategy, rather they improvise corporate direction on the go... or rather, when they have to report to the owners. They seem to be more caring of the packaging than of the contents, the messaging is heavily biased towards the North American market, if you have to work with other regions, well, good luck to get any resources. Old infrastructure, no matter how shiny the main products may look, under the hood things can be really messy... Lack of coordination across departments, which means once again no consistent unique corporate strategy. HR since the acquisition is a joke, they seem more concerned about stupid interest groups and they are not really caring about making employees' work life easier, no matter how many surveys you issue... Training? What is that?
